  Last time time they didn't put cheese on our sticks as ordered. This time (we always ask for light sauce) no sauce hardly any, maybe a drop. Parts of the crust were hard.Hardly any meat,when my husband picked it up here asked where is the meat, they just kinda laughed. I've called to complain,asked for manager( I don't think it was a manager and if it was very poor customer service) said ok I will talk to them
  . That was it. Won't get any of our business. I love the one in St. Peters but it is to far from where we live, so I guess no more Pizza Hut unless we are down that way.

  I tried to order online, and was being told there is no Pizza Hut that delivers to my address. I've ordered delivery here for my kids many times. I called the store to see if I could do one of the advertised specials online over the phone after trying to place the order for 20 minutes on the website and it saying they don't deliver to my address. I was told that is a corporate thing and there is nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager, and explained the situation again. He was nice enough , but just said it was really weird for that to happen on the website but they couldn't honor the same special! Seriously?? In this day where there is so many option you are going to turn away a customer over a few dollars? I've worked in pizza places- a manager has access to send a free pizza if they want, but they won't honor something that is not my problem or mistake? This is the first review I've ever written online, but I am blown away by the bad customer service. You lost a good tipping customer over a few dollars.

  My son about choked on a piece of plastic found inside his piece of pizza. Disgusting. My wife called the rude inexperienced child of a manager and he could have cared less. We will be contacting corporate and will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut. This is not the first bad experience we had at this Lake St. Louis location on Highway N
